I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I’m happy to offer each client one “no-questions-asked” pass for a last-minute cancellation. However, please note that cancellations without a valid reason—such as feeling tired, sore, or simply wanting to reschedule at the last minute—will result in the forfeiture of that session’s payment. After using the one pass, any future cancellations without a valid reason will also be forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a consistent and fair schedule for everyone.
