Mat Pilates Virtual Class

When: Tuesdays 9:30 am- 10:30 am EST (Begins July 15th 2025)

Where: Virtual (via Zoom)

Pairing weekly mat pilates classes with heavy weight lifting is fantastic for enhancing one’s core strength, mobility and muscle tone. By taking part in weekly pilates, not only does it allow the body to have an “ active recovery” day from our normal training schedule, but it also allows the body to adapt in greater ways due to the variability in training styles! Why pay for for a pilates studio membership when you can partake in a live pilates class out of the comfort of your own home?

    • Building strength, toning muscles, and feeling radiant inside and out.

    • Embracing movement as a way to feel confident, mobile and strong.

    • Mixing fitness with fun

    • Best for women who are beginning an exercise routine or are seeking variety in their workouts.

    • Great for helping to rehab injuries

    • Movement modifications will be offered throughout class

    • 2 and /OR 5, 8, 10 lbs dumbbells (or household items like water bottles).

    • Booty Resistance band (optional).

    • Ankle Weights ( 2lbs OR 5lbs)

    • Yoga Mat

Strength and Mobility Virtual Class

When: Thursdays 9:30 am- 10:30 am (Begins July 17th 2025)

Where: Virtual (via Zoom)

If we are seeking to live a high functioning and pain free life, we must partake in strength training and optimize the major joints of the body through mobility work! Without strength, we do not have mobility and functionality and without functionality, we cannot enjoy the life that we live due to pain, fear and physical limitations. Join me as we move through total body workouts, strengthening the mind and body and optimizing your health through movement to live your happiest, healthiest and richest quality of life!

    • Building strength, improving mobility, reducing chronic pain and improving overall fitness

    • Improving corrective exercise knowledge and form

    • Individuals who want to strength train in a safe and effective way for their injuries

    • Those seeking to optimize and preserve their functionality through corrective exercise therapy

    • Movement modifications will be offered throughout class

    • Free weights (dumbbell 5- 25lbs OPTIONAL)

    • Booty Band resistance band

    • Yoga mat

Class Pricing & Policies

  • Single drop-in class $17

  • Monthly class package (4 classes) $60/ month ($15 per class)

  • All classes purchased monthly must be used by the end of the month and may not be carried over to the next month

  • Classes must have a minimum of two participants
