A 60-minute class that combines 30 minutes on the cycling bike with 30 minutes of strength training. This class targets both your aerobic and muscular systems, burning between 300 and 650 calories while helping you build muscle and reduce body fat.

Free Weight HIIT

A 60-minute, high-intensity interval training class using bodyweight and free weight exercises. This total body workout is designed to increase muscle mass and burn fat, with modifications available for all fitness levels.

Chakra Flow Yoga

A 60-minute vinyasa yoga class focused on balancing the body's seven main energy centers, or chakras. This class not only enhances strength and mobility but also promotes inner peace and mind-body connection, concluding with a ten-minute savasana.
