Our small group classes are perfect for those beginning their fitness journey or looking to take it to the next level. Over six weeks, you'll experience a carefully structured program that builds in intensity, helping you increase strength, lose weight, and feel more connected to your body.

Morning Classes

Kickstart your day with a balanced and progressive fitness program designed to help you build strength, increase endurance, and improve overall well-being. This morning session includes a carefully curated combination of three classes per week—Cycling and Strength, Free Weight HIIT, and Chakra Flow Yoga. Each class is designed to complement the others, providing a comprehensive workout experience that targets all aspects of your fitness journey.

  • $600 paid in full (Value: $30 per class)


    If paying with a credit card, an additional 3.5% charge applies.

  • Tuesday:

    • 8:15 AM - Cycling and Strength

    Thursday:

    • 6:30 AM - Free Weight HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

    Saturday:

    • 8:30 AM - Chakra Flow Yoga

  • Registration Deadline: October 28, 2024

    Program Duration: This is a 6-week program, and includes all 20 classes regardless of attendance. Once registered, class times cannot be swapped or interchanged.

    Cancellations & Missed Classes:

    • If you miss up to 3 classes, you may exchange them for a 1:1 personal training session.

    • In the case of extenuating circumstances, I am flexible and will work with you to provide a personal training credit or another suitable arrangement.

Evening Classes

End your day on a high note and kickstart your weekends with a holistic and progressive fitness program designed to increase strength, burn fat, and promote inner balance. This evening and Saturday morning session features a blend of three classes per week—Cycling and Strength, Free Weight HIIT, and Chakra Flow Yoga—that work together to deliver a comprehensive fitness experience.

Cycling and Strength

A 60-minute class that combines 30 minutes on the cycling bike with 30 minutes of strength training. This class targets both your aerobic and muscular systems, burning between 300 and 650 calories while helping you build muscle and reduce body fat.

Free Weight HIIT

A 60-minute, high-intensity interval training class using bodyweight and free weight exercises. This total body workout is designed to increase muscle mass and burn fat, with modifications available for all fitness levels.

Chakra Flow Yoga

A 60-minute vinyasa yoga class focused on balancing the body's seven main energy centers, or chakras. This class not only enhances strength and mobility but also promotes inner peace and mind-body connection, concluding with a ten-minute savasana.
